The office developed the request and the process of change of the functional use destination of an area in the center of Vienna (Flächenwidmungs- und Bebauungsplan).

New urban parameters was negotiated witht the Urban Planning Department of the city of Vienna in order to modify the functional use of the plot and increase the volume of the buildings . The variante allowed to pass from the previous 2 floors to the actual 5+ levels.
